Your privacy on UK99
The short version: no cookies from me, no adverts, no selling your details. Here's exactly what happens.
Who runs this site
UK99 is run by Paul Lambert in Sheffield. If you have any questions about your information, email paul@uk99.com or message 07775 766 477.
Visitor statistics
I use privacy-friendly analytics (Umami, and Cloudflare's web analytics) to see how many people visit and which links they click. These tools don't use cookies, don't track you across other websites, and don't tell me who you are. I see totals, such as "20 visits today, mostly from Facebook".
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, their servers briefly process technical details such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The page's fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads.
If you contact me
If you message me on WhatsApp, call, or email, I'll see the details you send, such as your name, number and message. I only use them to reply and help you. I don't add you to mailing lists or pass your details on. WhatsApp messages are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
Ask me at any time and I'll delete our conversation and your details.
Referral links
Some links on this site, such as Octopus Energy, Predbat, Axle Energy, Honest Mobile and JamDoughnut, are referral links. If you sign up through one, I may get a reward. When you click through, you're on their website and under their privacy policy and cookies, not mine.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how it's handled. In practice, the only personal information I'm likely to have is whatever you send me when you get in touch.
